Terms of Service

Effective: June 2026 · Inkwell Technology Studios · Private Beta

1. Acceptance

By using IAM.bot you agree to these terms. If you use IAM.bot on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Beta service

IAM.bot is currently in private beta. The service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees during the beta period. We may change features, pricing, or access at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use IAM.bot. Institutional deployments (schools, universities) are subject to the applicable Data Processing Addendum.

4. Your content

You own your content — your conversations, soul.md, and exported data remain yours. You grant IAM.bot a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train shared AI models.

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference. The Covenant on the main page describes our architectural privacy commitments. The Privacy Policy governs the legal relationship.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inkwell Technology Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of IAM.bot. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim (or $100 during free beta).

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time — see our deletion instructions. We may terminate access for violations of these terms with notice where reasonably practicable.

9. Changes

We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes to these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
